By creating an account or using Rephlo, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Rephlo is an AI-powered tool that helps you transform AI-generated text into natural, human-sounding content optimized for different platforms.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that output will meet your specific needs, be error-free, or be suitable for any particular purpose.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rephlo.

One person may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree not to use Rephlo to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

You agree not to submit content that contains personal data of other individuals without their consent.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or recreate the service or its underlying models.

You agree not to use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond any provided API.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of all text you submit to Rephlo.

By submitting text, you grant Rephlo a limited, temporary license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any text you process through Rephlo.

The free plan includes a limited number of rephrases per day. Limits may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Paid plans are available for higher usage limits and additional features.

Billing for paid plans is handled through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Rephlo, its logo, and all related intellectual property are owned by us.

Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our brand, trademarks, or proprietary technology.

The rephrased output generated for you may be used freely - we make no IP claims over it.

Rephlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or appropriate for your use case.

You use the service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rephlo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Rephlo and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment, provided you have not made significant use of paid features.

For monthly subscriptions: cancelling before the next billing cycle stops future charges. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current month are only issued in cases of technical failure on our end.

Refunds are not issued after 14 days from the purchase date, or after paid features have been substantially used.

If you were unable to use the service due to a technical error caused by us, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the time elapsed.
