Account information - when you sign in with Google or email, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo.

Usage data - we record how often you use the service, which styles you select, and when you last used your account.

Text content - text you paste into Rephlo is sent to our AI processing service. We do not store the raw text you submit after processing is complete.

To provide the service - your account information lets us authenticate you and track your usage limits.

To improve Rephlo - aggregated, anonymous usage patterns help us understand which features people use most.

To communicate with you - we may send essential service updates to your registered email. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Firebase (Google) - we use Firebase for authentication and to store your account data. Your data is stored on Google infrastructure in accordance with Google's privacy practices.

AI processing - text you submit may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate rephrased output. These providers process your text in accordance with their own data policies and do not use it for model training.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

Account data is retained as long as your account is active.

Text submitted for rephrasing is not stored after the session ends.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use browser local storage to remember your language preference.

Firebase authentication uses cookies to keep you signed in across sessions.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Access - you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction - you can update your account information at any time.

Deletion - you can request that we delete your account and all associated data.

Portability - you can request your data in a machine-readable format.

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with industry-standard security measures.

We use Firebase's built-in security rules to protect user data.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Continued use of Rephlo after changes means you accept the updated policy.
